Kibbe Natural Body Type Clothes: Capsule Wardrobe For Summer

Are You Wondering What Your Kibbe Natural Body Type Clothes Are?

This article has all the answers for your ultimate Summer Capsule Wardrobe!

What could your Kibbe Natural Body Type Clothes be? With summer just around the corner, it’s time to start thinking about your wardrobe for the season.

While you may be tempted just to pull out all of your old clothes and start wearing them again, this can lead to a lack of variety and style. Creating a summer capsule wardrobe based on your kibbe natural body type is a better option.

The Kibbe Natural Body Type system is a great way to determine which styles will look best on you. There are three main body types: classic, dramatic, and natural.

Each one has different proportions and features that should be considered when choosing clothes.

Understanding your body type before building your summer capsule wardrobe is essential. This way, you can be sure to choose items that will flatter your figure and make you look your best.

Once you know your body type, you can start picking out clothes. In this article, I will be discovering these three body types and how to style them for summer.

I will try to help you create a capsule wardrobe that will make you look and feel your best.

Let’s get started!

What are kibbe body types?

The best way to answer this question is by using the Kibbe body type system. This system was created by fashion consultant and stylist David Kibbe.

It’s a way of categorising people based on their physical features and proportions. The system is divided into four main categories: classic, dramatic, gamine and natural. Each class has subcategories that further define the physical characteristics of each type.

Understanding the different kibbe body types is important because it can help determine which clothing styles will look best on you.

It’s also helpful to know which styles to avoid so that you don’t waste your time and money on clothes that won’t flatter your figure.

Every individual is meant to fall into one of these categories. You can use the Kibbe body type system to determine which category you fall into and then use that information to help you shop for clothes.

The goal of finding your Kibbe body type

So now that we know what kibbe body types are let’s talk about the goal of creating them. The Kibbe system aims to help people find styles of clothing that flatter their natural proportions.

In other words, it’s all about finding clothes that make you look and feel your best.

It can be hard to find clothes that fit well and look good on you, especially if you don’t know your body type. The Kibbe system can help you figure out which clothing styles will flatter your figure to avoid wasting time and money on clothes that don’t look good on you.

What are the different types of Kibbe body types?

As we mentioned before, there are three main kibbe body types: classic, dramatic, gamine and natural. Let’s look at each one to understand each kind’s characteristics better.

1. Pure  Natural

Soft, rounded curves characterise the pure natural body type. This means that they have a waist that is noticeably smaller than their hips and a bust that is larger than their waist. The pure natural body type is considered the most typical of the other types.

Pure natural body types are also tall (-ish) but not necessarily skinny.

They tend to have broad shoulders and hips, and their legs are usually long and shapely.

Natural Body Type Features: The pure natural body type is between medium and tall, ranging from 5 ft 8 inches to 5 ft 10 inches in height. They have a rectangular outline owing to their form and lack of fleshiness.

They have sharp angles but blunt edges. They’re usually muscular but lean and toned in appearance. They have angular, straight noses with taut cheeks and modest narrow lips.

2. Soft natural

The following body type on our list is soft natural. Soft naturals are similar to pure naturals in that they have a waist that is smaller than their hips and a bust that is larger than their waist.

The soft natural body type has pronounced curves and breadth, which stems from their skeletal structure rather than their flesh. They have broader shoulders, which gives their body type a central horizontal line.

They can range from moderate to tall, but they will not appear taller because their more prominent characteristics are being broad rather than vertical.

Because of their larger bone structures, they can also seem curvier than other body types.

As a result, consider a blunt and broad bone structure softened by their skin.

Soft natural body type features: The natural body type is almost similar to the pure natural body type in appearance. They look a little more fit and slightly more muscular on average, with broader shoulders and hips. Their proportions are very similar to the pure natural, yet their features make them seem less angular than the latter.

3. Flamboyant natural

And lastly, we have got the flamboyant natural body type. One of the most attractive features of the flamboyant type is that it has a vertical skeletal structure with long limbs.

What distinguishes them from other “rocking horses” is their blunt top edges and breadth in the upper shoulders and back. They have more “model type” curves than other body types.

However, their broader shoulders typically create a hip to shoulder disparity. They have more expansive facial features as well (or, in other words, more defined and sharp edges).

Kibbe flamboyant natural body type features: The flamboyant natural body type is the most curvaceously sculptured of the three types.

They have a well-defined waist, full hips, and voluptuous breasts. Their shoulders are broad, and their legs are long and shapely.

They tend to have an hourglass or pear-shaped figure.

Now when it comes to the height, they are similar to soft naturals and pure naturals (because they have the same natural type “trajectory”).

They are tall, with an average height of anywhere from 5 ft 8 inches to 5 ft 10 inches.

Kibbe Natural Body Type Clothes With Summer Capsule Wardrobe

Summer is the time of the year when you can finally break out of the heavy layers of clothing and enjoy the warm weather.

But if you’re not careful, the hot weather can also be a fashion disaster.

You don’t want to wear clothes that are not for your body type or that don’t flatter your figure’s geometry.

Creating a summer capsule wardrobe that flatters your body is to choose clothing that accentuates your best features and hides your flaws.

You need to know your body type (after my intro, I hope you have already figured out your natural type).

Once you know your body type, you can create a summer capsule wardrobe that will make you look and feel your best.

1. The pure natural body type

With blunt (slightly rounded) edges, long, broad lines define the pure natural Kibbe body type with blunt (somewhat rounded) edges.

To add life to the straight body structure, your clothing lines should focus on creating a comfortable silhouette.

Keeping your clothing lines loose and straight is the fundamental idea.

The silhouette should be softly tailored but never constructed, and your goal should be to create a relatively narrow and slim form that is free and easy.

Long scarves and cardigans, for example, will complement your long vertical line.

To help keep your clothing unpainted, add asymmetrical elements to the equation.

Clothing may be a little oversized but not excessively alter the silhouette too much.

Here are some wardrobe ideas:

  • Long and loose T-shirts
  • Long, flowing skirts
  • A light jacket for those cool summer evenings
  • Sheer cardigans or kimonos for when you need a little extra coverage
  • A pair of shorts for when the weather gets scorching
  • A sundress for a day at the beach or park
  • A pair of sandals or flats that are comfortable and easy to walk in

2. The soft natural body type

The soft natural Kibbe body type features a fairly streamlined appearance, with more convex lines.

However, your skin tends to soften the overall look of your body so that you don’t appear too angular or harsh.

To create flattering clothing for this particular body type, you should focus on balanced silhouettes that are neither form-fitting nor too oversized.

You want to create an hourglass silhouette that is both slimming and feminine (I’d say feminine is the key here).

You have to remember that you are working with curves, not sharp straight lines. So, your clothing should be fitted in some areas and loose in others.

For example, a fitted top with a flowing skirt would be good.

Or you might want to try a pair of skinny jeans with a loose and flowing blouse.

Some other wardrobe ideas include (but I prefer loose bottoms, like flared trousers and a more fitted top):

  • Fitted and tailored jackets and blazers with straight lines
  • A pencil skirt that accentuates your curves
  • A flowy maxi dress
  • Loose and flowing tops, shirts, and T-shirts
  • Flat and comfortable shoes or pumps
  • Wide-brimmed hats to add some extra flair to your outfit

3. The flamboyant natural body type

The flamboyant natural Kibbe body type features sculpted curves, with wider hips, a low waist, and prominent breasts.

But these curves can also be manipulated so that you can create a more streamlined and slender look.

When creating your summer capsule wardrobe, choose clothing that exudes sensuality while comfortable and wearable.

This means that you should focus on soft, flowing fabrics such as silk, chiffon, or cotton.

The goal is to keep the excess bulk to a minimum while still accentuating your curves. You want to create a feminine hourglass silhouette.

And also, don’t forget about your height, you will be able to show off your legs with shorter skirts and dresses. Here are some wardrobe ideas:

  • Loose and or oversized wide trousers like culottes
  • Asymmetric long coats and cardigans
  • Long scarves that hang off the body
  • Wild and unusual color combinations
  • Textured fabrics like cotton shirt with geometric collars that emphasize the geometry of the face
  • Asymmetric prints

So these are some of the best wardrobe ideas for the three Kibbe body types.

No matter your particular body type, remember to focus on creating a comfortable and flattering silhouette.

If you stick to these wardrobe ideas and other similar items, you can create a flattering summer capsule wardrobe that perfectly suits your natural body type.

Remember always to choose clothing that makes the most of your best features while minimising your flaws, and you’ll look great all summer long.

And also, don’t forget to have fun with your summer capsule wardrobe!
